In February 2022, I went on a family camping trip to Hunting Island State Park in South Carolina. Heading into the trip I was nervous because I had read that the island is teeming with Alligators and Diamondback Rattlesnakes. What I learned was that the only real danger would be my too short patience, and dead car battery.

This is a game about the hopes and fears going into a family camping trip, and the many (mis)adventures that can happen in the fleeting time we have with young children in our lives. And of course, its a game about Hunting Island State Park in South Carolina.

You play by rolling a polyhedral set of dice, interpreting the results with the help of a map and some tables, and journaling about your short time away from your everyday life's pressures, and into the surreal stresses and joys of camping with family.
